Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO and Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, increasing website traffic, and driving lead generation through effective SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business while working alongside a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and page titles to enhance organic search performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize knowledge in website design and development to provide input on website enhancements for improved SEO performance.

Must-Haves:
  • Proven experience as an SEO and Google Ads Specialist, preferably in the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels such as social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of website development and design principles.
